Terms of Service & Refund Policy
Last Updated: October 1, 2026. Please read these terms carefully before purchasing or bidding on showcase promotions.
All purchases, spotlight slot claims, directory listings, renewals, and outbid payments made on rumi.buzz are strictly final and non-refundable under all circumstances once the payment is captured.
1. Server Promotion & Spotlight Slot Purchases
When you purchase a public showcase listing or a top Featured Spotlight Slot (#1 to #5), digital promotional services are provisioned and delivered immediately into the public Rumi Explorer. Because this service is instantly consumed upon order completion:
- Payments for any slot (#1–#5) or standard directory listing are non-refundable.
- Subscription renewals (+30 Days) are processed immediately upon capture and cannot be refunded.
- You may cancel your auto-renewal at any time in your Subscriptions dashboard. Canceling prevents future charges while allowing your server to remain active for the duration of the current paid billing cycle.
2. Bidding & Outbid Overpay Terms
Featured slots operate on a competitive outbidding system. If another user outbids your slot placement by paying a higher overpay amount, your server will automatically transition to an active standard listing for the remainder of its duration.
- All bid payments and overpay increments are strictly non-refundable.
- Outbid servers do not receive a refund or chargeback; they continue to enjoy full directory benefits.
- Attempting to outbid your own server is prevented by the system.
3. Server Conduct & Compliance
All promoted Discord servers must strictly adhere to Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Servers promoting illegal content, malicious activity, phishing, harassment, or severe TOS violations will be removed from the showcase immediately by server administrators without eligibility for a refund.
4. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute through PayPal or payment processors will result in an immediate and permanent blacklist of the associated Discord user account and server guild ID from all Rumi bot features and web services.
